We are based in the very heart of Lockleaze, Bristol. St Mary's church has been here for over 40years and St James, which used to be on Romney avenue has joined together With St Marys on Gainsborough square. We are a church that strives to live out our vision which is to Love Jesus, Love people and Love Lockleaze. We are a church that wants to serve the community here as best as we can. We are a church that loves to have fun, be real, open and honest. We want the church here to be a safe space for those young and old to come to but also as we go out into the community. We believe that Jesus did die and rise again and because of that we are invited to do life with Jesus and each other. We believe that Jesus' love is for all and that his gift of his Holy Spirit is for all! We want to be a place of laughter, joy, peace and comfort. We are not perfect but we will always strive to do our best, be real with people and to be a place the community is apart of and is proud of. We welcome everyone and anyone! even Bristol City fans ;) We are here for you!
